I was terrified when I looked at this product and realised that the gel (which really is entirely without any scent of any kind) was colourless. Not even white, but absolutely clear! Still, I got my glove on (as suggested in the instructions) and made a start.
The gel is cool which means that you can feel where it has gone on for a minute or so, and it does glide on really easily ( I had exfoliated with the body buff immediately before application which will have helped as well). I used a circular movement as suggested and went from extremities to trunk - which does also help you to remember which bits that you have done!
In the end the only tricky bit was (as usual) the middle of my back. I also put some on my face where my skin is a little sensitive and had no adverse reaction.
The colour was fully developed within 20 minutes to half an hour, and to my delighted amazement it was completely streak free!
We're not talking mahogany here but a light natural looking golden tan - a touch of healthy colour gained on a good day in the Northern hemisphere rather than the thoroughly baked look that some systems give you.
As a naturally pale person I'll definitely be using this again to avoid that winter undead look which I can tend towards. It's lovely to be able to use it on face and neck as well as body to get even colour from one product.
